Morton Arboretum, you never disappoint! It is one of my favorite places to visit in any season. So last fall when Michele and Roger told me that is where they wanted their engagement session I literally jumped up and down!
The two didn't have immediate fireworks when they first met, but Roger knew there was something special about Michele. And, with a little patience and persistence, he won her over!
During their engagement session what caught my eye the most is how much they laugh together. Roger is a goofball! These two had so much fun exploring the grounds at the Morton Arboretum. They did sweet poses, they did laughing pose and they did nontraditional goofy pose. I mean, not many can say they too engagement photos with a troll! No matter they pose, no matter they location they had fun and their love for one another showed.
With covid-19 raging in the United States I reached out to my 2020 couples that had weddings in the first half of the year, just to touch base and let them know I was thinking of them. Michele's response was perfect. She said they are taking it one day at a time and that thank goodness Roger makes her laugh so much.
Michele and Roger, I pray that the virus leaves and your wedding day goes on as planned, but if not, I know that no matter what day you two get married it is going to be filled with lots of laughter and lots of love!
