St James Farm Teen Photos | Amanda

Whoo hoo!!! Spring is finally here!!! Just kidding. It's only February 2nd, but after experience Chi-beria and that -50 wind chill 40 degrees feels almost like sun dress weather. Almost. It was still a little chilly for Amanda's winter teen session this afternoon at St James Farm in Warrenville, but we had a great time laughing that kept us toasty warm.

Amanda is a sophomore at Wheaton North High School and it turns out, like me, she love theater! She kinda got pulled into the program by chance, but found she has a huge passion for performing. And, that's not all. This girl is so talented she was selected to help direct the school's upcoming production of "Singing in a Rain" (something they usually only select seniors for). Way to go Amanda!

The clouds parted just in time for her session creating the most magical golden hour light. With only two other cars in sight we practically had the place to ourselves. Ironically the majority of her session was photographed in the parking lot. Why trudge through a few feet of snow if you don't have to. It's was gorgeous. See for yourself!
