Downtown Elmhurst Spring Family Session | Lefkowitz Family

The final season for the Lefkowitz Four Seasons Family Session collection. Winter… can’t you tell?

Due to a few uncontrollable schedule changes, we had to push their session back about a month. And in true Midwest fashion, that meant their winter session landed on a very unseasonably warm day. So yes, their winter photos look a little more like summer. And honestly, that is perfectly okay.

It made for a beautiful and comfortable walk around downtown Elmhurst, a place their family loves spending time together. This Downtown Elmhurst Spring Family Session ended up feeling more like a warm spring evening than winter, and it could not have been more perfect. We wandered through a few of the iconic spots and stopped along the way to check out some of the current art installations.

The kids were completely themselves the whole time. Silly, playful, full of personality. Exactly the way kids should be.

One of my favorite parts of this job is seeing families year after year and watching everyone grow and change. Being trusted to document these chapters means more to me than I can ever fully put into words.
