Yesterday was the sweetest little backyard wedding put together with so much love. Lindsay and Mike's dear friends were so kind to host the event on their gorgeous property. It was beautifully set up and decorated with so many original personal touches. There was a bags area, a fire pit, tables for dinner with beautiful floral arrangements and a dance floor to keep the party hopping into the wee hours of the night.
This wedding was especially special to me because Lindsay and I have known each other for many, many years. We met in the early 1990's on the Springs of Carol Stream gymnastics team and remained friends all through high school. It's been 20 years since we have last seen each other, but honestly Lindsay is still the same, down-to-earth, sweetheart that she always was and I know that Mike knows how amazing she is to have chosen her to be his wife.
