The Shelby family was so sweet when I arrived offering my a beverage and making sure I felt right at home. Their house was precious, comfortable and cute all at the same time. They truly embraced what it is like to have two boys under two at their session. Archie was a little shy, but you could tell by his interactions with their fur baby and his parents just the sweetest. The photo just below looking out the window with his pup is one of my favorite. Just adorable!
Equally adorable was the nursery! There were so many special touches in place, the brown bear photos, teddy's custom stool, the birdcage light hanging above the rocking chair. It was a sophisticated nursery that definitely had me drooling a little in admiration.
It's hard to select one photo that is my favorite from the day because there are truly so many magical moments. When a client just lets go and trusts that is exactly what happens magic. Ignoring the camera and just being with the people you love, interacting and embracing life is truly one of the best ways to capture real moments to treasure. Although, Archie running around the room as a toddler tornado does throwing his teddy bear into the air definitely hits the top of the list!
