Susan and Brandon have to be two of the hardest working people I have ever met! They both work well over a 40 hour work week and still manage to keep a huge smile on their faces! I love that they ride the train to work together, so that they make sure they get some quality time as a couple. Their lives are go, go, go, and their engagement session was no exception. Susan and Brandon jumped off the train and met me in downtown Wheaton on a beautiful summer evening to capture their engagement photos.
We met in front of Starbucks, near the train station, and headed to Adam's Park, a quaint little park nestled in the heart of downtown Wheaton. The light was absolutely magical. Just ask Susan and Brandon. I probably gushed about the light a hundred different times. We walked around dodging the various groupings of people clustered together also out enjoying the pleasant summer night laughing and having fun.
As we made our way from the park to downtown Wheaton we were greeted by people cheering them on as I captured their photos. Some insisted they kiss, which Susan and Brandon happily obeyed. As we neared the Ivy, a popular restaurant in the area, we noticed a group of couples dancing lead by an instructor. Susan and Brandon made a hard pass at joining in on the fun, but it was inspiring to watch nevertheless. We did do a little twirling of our own later on. Towards the end of the night the street lights started to come on leading to some romantic alley photos before calling it complete.
Susan and Brandon, I hope you enjoyed your three day Chicago Stay-cation this past weekend and didn't get too hoarse cheering for the Foo Fighters! Enjoy your Monday off today!!! I can't wait to hear all about it the next time we meet! Counting the days until September 29th!
